What I’m Working On Now

Updated: February 2026

Work: Senior customer-facing role at AWS, focused on enterprise cloud transformations. Working with customers on cloud migration strategies, AI/ML adoption, and architecture decisions for systems that need to scale.

Training: Muay Thai, BJJ, and a structured strength program focused on knee rehab and shoulder stability.

Reading: Currently working through Abaddon’s Gate (The Expanse series).

Who I Am

I help organizations navigate complex technology transformations at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and business strategy.

Currently at AWS, I work with enterprise customers to architect solutions that balance technical excellence with business outcomes. My background spans infrastructure engineering, solutions architecture, and technical leadership, giving me a practical understanding of both the boardroom and the server room.

What I Do

I bridge the gap between what’s technically possible and what’s strategically valuable. Whether it’s:

  • Cloud transformation: Moving from “we should migrate” to “here’s how and why”
  • AI/ML adoption: Cutting through hype to identify real use cases and implementation paths
  • Architecture and scale: Designing systems that work today and grow tomorrow
  • Technical leadership: Building teams and processes that deliver consistently

Background

My career started deep in the technical weeds: systems administration, virtualization, infrastructure design. I’ve held every major cloud certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), not to collect badges, but because I wanted to understand how these platforms actually work under the hood.

That technical foundation matters. When I’m talking about AI workload optimization or multi-cloud strategy, I’ve built these systems, debugged them at 3 AM, and made the trade-offs myself. Over time, I’ve moved from infrastructure to architecture to business strategy, while keeping one foot in the code.

Beyond Work

Outside of technology, I train Muay Thai and BJJ and follow a structured strength program. Different domain, same approach: show up consistently, focus on fundamentals, measure progress.
