TrainSignal has released a course called EMC Storage Essentials which will introduce you to storage basics and the EMC VNX Series of storage. It is great to see an online training provider release courses on storage. I haven’t been through the course  but you can try it for yourself with a free 3 day trial. This is a great example of how to get storage and SAN knowledge without needing direct access to expensive hardware.
